Fair use rationale for Image:HalGardner 24s05e18.JPG

Image:HalGardner 24s05e18.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Birth date

There are conflictiong dates of birth in the article, in the begining it says august 20 and under his picture it says august 29... Which is right? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.57.50.137 (talk) 01:49, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

imdb lists the 20th, I'll fix it.oknazevad (talk) 03:28, 14 February 2009 (UTC)

Fragment in first sentence of career in television? Consider revising or deleting altogether?

"Best known for his role as the murdered Laura Palmer's father Leland in Twin Peaks" doesn't really work as a first sentence for what is seemingly a chronological biography.

I wish I knew how to start a new row, but this section will have to do. I don't think it's a great idea to spoil the entire Twin Peaks series in the first sentence of his biography. I'm halfway through the series and just wanted to read up on the actor and was unceremoniously exposed to the identity of the killer in Twin Peaks.... Now I'll have to watch the remaining 18 episodes knowing that Leland is a serial killer... GREAT!

edit: Upon further review it looks like the entire career section looks like a "fun facts" page. Anyone care to help me resolve this?

External links modified

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 2 external links on Ray Wise. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:
