Item of discussion[edit]

Note a conflict of Dates - Married to 1st wife Elizabeth Wriothesley in 1673 she died 19th Sep 1690, estimate of 2 children with 1st in 1690. the 2nd Anne is elsewhere given as married to Alexander Popham with her own child Elizabeth estimated as born abt 1703.
This Elizabeth was married off to Edward Richard Montacute/Montagu (Viscount Hinchingbooke) 12th Apr 1707.
So suggest estimated birth dates c1675 and c1677 respectively for the 2 children.
The Daughter Elizabeth Popham is given (on Wikipedia) as mother to John Montacute/Montagu (4th Earl of Sandwich) (b.03 Nov 1718 - d.30 Apr 1792, so a not unreasonable estimate of her birth is c1698.
