Just wanted to make a point of noting that the correct citation of the case is [1971] S.C.R. 272 as properly corrected by Speak Canadian. I had used [1974] S.C.R. 272 because that is what is labeled at CanLII, however, I checked westlaw and there is no such citation. The only citations under the name Wray are [1971] S.C.R. 272, which is the famous one, and [1974] S.C.R. 565 which is a case on a related issue based on the same facts. --PullUpYourSocks 12:29, 18 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
