Construction year?[edit]

There is no construction or commission year for this ship. The couple of Googled references indicate 1961 as the commissioning date, but I don't know what constitutes sufficiently reliable information. Does anyone have reliable info about the ship's beginnings?

removing "and somewhat garish"[edit]

I'm removing the words "and somewhat garish" from the part where the ship was painted red by Premier Cruise Line. It obviously does not reflect a NPOV. Elsquared (talk) 03:19, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Accuracy challenged[edit]

The following comment has been added to the article in Special:Diff/924257437 by David Cheyne:

Note from former passenger: This ship was still operating for Thomson as Island Breeze in 1999, so it could not have been sold to Premier Cruises in 1998. I know this for certain as we had our very first cruise in December 1998 for my wife’s 50th birthday. Our second cruise was with Thomson on Island Breeze in early summer 1999, Western Mediterranean, cabin no. E142.

At least some of the challenged statements seem to have come from one or two self-published sources, faktaomfartyg.se and simplonpc.co.uk, which appear to be personal hobby websites. I have removed the statements for now, as their accuracy is doubtful. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 19:38, 2 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
