Don Mariano Marcos High School or San Francisco High School was never a rival of QCA. Since, the latter is a private school and the former is a public school. The number of students in San Francisco High School is far greater than the student population in QCA. As for the number of students who passed the UPCAT exam, again, San Francisco High School has more numbers compared to QCA so there is no basis to look forward to the above-mentioned claims...god bless!!!
