Hunting for better references and information on which Chinese Car is related. The best I have at the moment is Ali Baba - NealeWellington (talk) 09:49, 28 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Don't forget that they also make tricycles (motorised), bicycles and scooters. Stepho talk 01:12, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
All added - but take a look at the cabin (not the front) on this EBU tuk-tuk] and the cabin on the Henan RBT02 - do these look the same as that of the Quantum E series? NealeWellington (talk) 10:23, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
They certainly do look similar but beware of WP:SYNTH. You need a reference that explicitly states that the E4 body is derived from the Robeta body (mechanicals unknown). But it is also possible that Quantum designed the body and got Roberta to build the body and then Roberta used that same design for their own car - possibly with completely different mechanicals. Not saying that this happened but I've had it happen to me where our Chinese factory sold our product (a special type of modem used by banks) as their own. Very good point - thanks. Pity Quantum didn't identity who they got there bodies from. Still nice to see Bolivia manufacturing electric cars for the Latin American market. NealeWellington (talk) 06:05, 30 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I think it is probable that there is a connection between the bodies used in Quantum E series cars and one of the Chinese Henan based Robeta and Lofty electric cars, as well as Quantum Colibri and the Chinese Zhejiang based EBU tuk tuk. Further information is needed to confirm whether or not this is correct and, if so, whether a third party supplies to bodies to all three firms. NealeWellington (talk) 03:52, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
