Notability of this journal remains shaky. Indexing in Scopus would make it notable and its website claims that it is indexed there, but (very rare for a website from a major publisher like Springer) fails verification as the Scopus journal list actually does not mention this journal. It is possible that listing is recent and that it will be included in the Scopus list at the next update. Apart from that, there are a few scattered in-passing mentions (some failing verification: UNESCo never called it "important") and a listing in the Indian Citation Index (which lists anything published in India and is therefore not indicative of notability, see WP:NJournals). --Randykitty (talk) 07:56, 28 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
SCOPUS abstracting verified. No longer shaky. -- Presearch (talk) 05:31, 3 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Oops -- apologies -- When inserting the UNESCO quote, I simply misquoted, omitting the key word "important". That has now been fixed. I also inserted a link to a PDF for the document, though it is also viewable in Google Book.
Also don't forget that this is the official journal of the national organization for psychologists in India, as listed HERE by the International Union of Psychological Science. It's not every journal that is the main official journal for a major field like psychology for about 1/6 of the world's population. --Presearch (talk) 16:52, 28 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
