Nintendo[edit]

Isn't Nintendo publishing this like they did in the previous ones?

Nintendo never published them in Japan, and only localized the first three outside of it. (Thus far.) That having been said, with Level-5 opening up an American studio, they're doing it on their own now. Hammerbrodude (talk) 12:51, 20 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Seems it was a miscommunication on NOA's part: NOE is localizing the titles, so NOA probably is too. [1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.194.143.132 (talk) 22:40, 14 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

English Title[edit]

Is this game getting a new title outside of Japan? I couldn't find anything so far to say whether it will or what it would be, but it seems unlikely they would leave it in broken English for a US release.98.216.50.36 (talk) 05:29, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

We can hope. But at the moment, Mask of Miracle is the tentative English title, and has been referred as such by none other than Nintendo's own website. (Which itself contained several amusingly broken English samples, but has been replaced with the 3DS lineup as of mid-January.) If they keep it, though, they might be wise to reconsider the above decision. Hammerbrodude (talk) 12:51, 20 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It has the tentative title of "Professor Layton 5" in Europe. This is almost certainly not going to be the final title... but it does allude to the fact that the title is probably changing at least for Europe. We'll see if it holds over for North America and Australia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Altava (talkcontribs) 02:05, 15 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
