Changing from redirect[edit]

You're missing the point. You should be working on this in your sandbox or draft not in mainspace. The principle of WP:BRD is that the content remains as it was before the changes were made (ie a redirect in this case) until the issues are resolved. Yeah sure. The number of articles that shouldn't exist if Wikipedia actually followed those rules... The sources I'm quoting are reliable enough for the pro-wrestling articles standard, in my opinion. But OK, I get it. Have your ego power trip adrenaline shot. I'm fine with it.
