Is this real?[edit]

I've had a brief look at the Agenda quoted in the text, but I can't see any obvious reference to this "Principle". Has this been made up? I will check it out further but would appreciate other opinions too. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 01:10, 19 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
