Prices[edit]

The author states that its' prices are relatively low. Relative to what, exactly? relative to the market! Current casual qiuck serve eateries currently operating in there market! Alfonse

What the hell? --80.6.148.237 19:15, 27 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Its true, I'd call the prices medium-high end. A three course meal with wine will cost around £30 per head. Ive changed it on the page. By the way, why hasnt such a large restaurant chain got a bigger Wiki? Can somebody improve it if they have the time --Jack

I find it hard to believe that it could add up to £30: e.g. see [1] or [2]. --Sgt. Salt (talk) 23:40, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This article is so biased. 188.221.69.201 (talk) 13:34, 3 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move[edit]

The following is a closed discussion of the proposal. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the proposal was no consensus to move. (Note that google hits don't do it because Pizza Express pulls up a whole lot of other stuff!) --RegentsPark (sticks and stones) 23:48, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

PizzaExpressPizza Express — Pizza Express (two words) is the much more well known name for this brand - while "PizzaExpress" is used on the official website, the logo of the brand appears too feature two seperate words, which it is mostly referred to as. 883,000 hits for "Pizza Express"; just 144,000 for "PizzaExpress". Also see WP:OFFICIAL. YeshuaDavidTalk • 17:46, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose The company name is "PizzaExpress" as stated on their website. Pizza Express is doing just fine as a redirect. GrooveDog (talk) (Review) 18:21, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose as per above comment. Mnmazur (talk)
Yes, but that isn't the common name, as the search engine test shows. See WP:COMMONNAMES and WP:OFFICIAL. What the company chooses to call itself isn't necessarily relevent. YeshuaDavidTalk • 13:37, 11 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Prince Andrew, Duke of York[edit]

The Duke of York, as an alibi, has claimed to have visited the Woking branch of Pizza Express on 10 March 2001 with his elder daughter. Although this claim can be sourced from reliable sources citing the Duke's account, the veracity of his interview in the Newsnight special yesterday evening is in dispute. It can also be questioned whether this detail is worthy of inclusion, quite apart from the issue of its permanent notability. Philip Cross (talk) 17:13, 17 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

How is the veracity of his interview in dispute? Esperion (talk) 17:59, 17 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
