IPA[edit]

Can someone create the International Phonetic Alphabet transliteration for its pronunciation? In the Greek language it is pronunced like "feel-ee-ra" (with the "ee" in "feel" shorter than in English) and with the stress being in the "ee" between the "feel" and the "ra".
