Fair use rationale for Image:Philadelphia Fight.jpg[edit]

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Daniel Wagon[edit]
As of June 19, 2009, there is no reputable source that ties Wagon to the AMNRL. In fact, the latest source that mentions Wagon says that he may be going to Group Nine rugby league. Until there is a good source that attaches him to the AMNRL, he should not be included on AMNRL wiki pages. This is especially true of the "active line-ups" of teams since he is not actually in the country. Rugbyhelp (talk) 19:05, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
