Swedish/Norwegian?[edit]

The article says that he is a Swedish computer expert but the reference seems to indicate that he is in fact Norwegian. His own blog (also linked) says that he is of Finnish and Norwegian ancestry. I doubt this very much. His wikipage lists his "nationality" as Swedish. He was born in Sweden, and barring any information to the contrary, is a Swedish national/citizen. If his parents are Norwegian and Finnish, that's something else. He himself on his blog states "I’m from Finnish and Norwegian heritage", not that he is a citizen of any other country besides Sweden, which is prosecuting him and neither Norway or Finland has expressed interest, whcih they would, if he were a citzien of one or both of those countries. See Swedish nationality law. Other arrangements are possible of course, but in this case he has confirmed the previous text in a source I found from the Swedish Wikipedia: "Än idag är Peter Sunde inte svensk medborgare – däremot både norsk och finsk." Prison sentence?[edit]

This is not a forum WP:FORUM. But, to answer your question, he failed to respond to the warrant, left the jurisdiction, and has not been in prison that long. All four of the founders fled jurisdiction, although one served (house arrest) his term, he has failed to pay the fine and declared bankruptcy despite being one of the richest people then in Sweden.
