Support, but this article does not add anything already explained in the congestion pricing article, which is rated WP:GA, and as such, fully referenced. I instead proposed to convert this article a redirect to congestion pricing.--Mariordo (talk) 02:14, 23 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Delete. It makes sense to have an article on peak-load pricing, but this one is not contributing anything. Surely there are parallels between congestion pricing, smart metering, and other dynamic pricing systems, but none of that is covered here. Vectro (talk) 11:52, 26 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
