Notable sellers

When editing earlier, I removed the notable sellers section, as WP:NOT a travel guide, plus it was POV. The original author has put it back in. I'm going to re-remove it, but perhaps we should discuss it here if anyone wants to put it back in. KeithD 18:51, 24 July 2005 (UTC)

I agree with the removal of the sellers section. Largely because the information provided was grossly inaccurate. Secondly, the notable sellers will vary according to the location and personal tastes. Ergo, it would be best to leave it out. Saurabh Rahurkar 21:37, 7 July 2007 (UTC)

If a seller were notable, wouldn't it also have its own article? -- B.S. Lawrence (talk) 16:52, 26 March 2014 (UTC)

Pau Bhaji

I agree that this should be merged with Pav Bhaji as the latter is the more common transliteration. I can't see anything special about the Pau article so it could be deleted. crm911

I just read both the articles and I think that this article covers the Pav Bhaji in totality. The Pau Bhaji Article apart does no value add and it can be deleted. Paunkaj

DONE. Pau Bhaji was redirected to this article on 1 Jan 2006. Regards Guffydrawers (talk) 09:25, 13 June 2023 (UTC)

Uncapitalize title?

From what I've noticed, Wikipedia generally does not capitalize the first letter of any word but the first unless it's a proper noun. Would anyone object to this being moved to Pav bhaji? --V2Blast (talk) 05:43, 27 September 2010 (UTC)

"In popular culture and media" section

Is it necessary to retain this section? It does not add to the informative value of the article. All that the reader learns from it is that Pav Bhaji is depicted in cinema. Sanjay Dutt might as well have sold Vada Pav in the film Vaastav and it would not have any difference to the movie plot. The dish is not central to the film Vaastav or the Telgu film mentioned in the section. The section is sort of funny, though. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rohini (talkcontribs) 03:50, 12 June 2011 (UTC)
