Things needed to make this suitable for article-space[edit]

Before I'd decide that this person is sufficiently notable for an article on Wikipedia, I consider that the article needs a couple of independent references (that are not just regurgitating material he provided), and some inbound links so that the new article would not be orphaned, even if they are author links from references in other Wikipedia articles that cite work he produced. As a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering he meets WP:PROF #3 [1] credits him with "major engineering contributions and leadership to particle accelerators" that lead to a Nobel prize. Legacypac (talk) 09:26, 27 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
