Pathsala is considered as the temple of mobile theatre.It is not only a place of education but also a place of business.Pathsala is the sub-division of Barpeta district.Famous Devdasi dance was started here atParihareswar Devalaya at Dubi which is about 6 kilometers away from Pathsala town.Pathsala is also strong in politicaL controversy.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.129.226.210 (talk) 08:56, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This page needs serious development, especially in the Culture and Education section, and new sections like Topology, History etc needs to be added. But it's not possible without credible sources. I hope people would contribute from sources other than internet (because internet doesn't seem to contain more resources) like books and magazines. Jks01021965 (talk) 11:43, 29 January 2020 (UTC) Yes, this page needs serious development which is possible. Hard sources are available but in Assamese language. New university is started in Pathsala and it is going to be the district headquarter of Bajali district announced very recently.[reply]
