Based on simple Google search, I think that the primary topic for "passive speaker" is the type of loudspeaker. I therefore propose to redirect this page to Loudspeaker and place a hatnote there {{redirect|Passive speaker|a passive speaker of a language|Passive speaker (language)}}.
