Untitled[edit]

I work in the US Department of transportation. I deal with new technologies designed to improve road safety and have seen a lot of different organizations talking about this problem. I thought that an article should be created for it. BTW - I wanted to reference some Twitter posts as examples for people ridiculing an aspect of the problem in social media but I am not sure how to reference them without using the regular citation tool.
