Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it is an article about the largest private real estate in Yau Yat Chuen, Hong Kong. It is also one of the Constituent Estates of the Centa-City Leading Index, a famous index for price of Hong Kong property.

That could be enough to keep it, and I have removed the tag. But the article only says it is "one of the largest development", not the largest. It does not mention the Leading Index. More importantly, there are no references from any reliable, independent sources to show its notability. "WP:Notability" needs to be in this sense Wikipedia uses, which is not the same as "importance". That will need to be addressed, or the article is still at risk of being nominated for deletion.--Gronk Oz (talk) 13:40, 18 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
