Removed speedy deletion[edit]

I removed the speedy deletion notice that someone had put on this article. All cricketers who've played Tests or one-day internationals are notable according to the notability criteria at WikiProject Cricket. Stephen Turner 09:39, 22 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hmmm, just had a look at the WikiProject Cricket guidelines and I see you're dead right. Here's a question though, do those guidelines fly in the face of WP:BIO? Just had a look under "Alternative Tests" and it lists this:

Expandability -- Will the article ever be more than a stub? Could the perfect article be written on this subject?

It seems that the majority of cricketers who only make a few appearances before being dropped will fall into this category. This will result in a HUGE number of stub-length articles about bit-part cricketers who would quickly have faded from memory except maybe in their own country, and maybe not even then. We're talking about cricketers who've played for their country. They've certainly got established professional careers in their domestic leagues as well which could be talked about. So I maintain that any of them could be expanded beyond stub length. Stephen Turner 14:12, 22 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Need to Verify the information[edit]

Article showing "born 9th June 1992" and "who played in 2 Tests and 3 ODIs from 1996." as per these data he started his career at the age of 4, Seems to be incorrect
Career Statics Showing Played 3 Test and scored 18500 runs with an average of 54.65. Data is mismatching.

WikiProject class rating[edit]

This article was automatically assessed because at least one WikiProject had rated the article as stub, and the rating on other projects was brought up to Stub class. BetacommandBot 19:05, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
