Genre[edit]

The genre here is listed as R&B, which doesn't really strike me as correct. The only citation given for R&B is a dismissive blog post whose author doesn't seem reputable, or particularly interested in a good faith analysis of the song.

I realize this is subjective, and I'm not really sure what the ideal replacement would be. Probably somewhere in the "pop" neighborhood - maybe synthpop? Recentlydiscovered (talk) 03:59, 18 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the note. I removed the blog-sourced genre R&B.
Genres on Wikipedia must be stated explicitly in reliable sources. WP:SECONDARY sources define the topic, rather than the musical artist giving their impression. You will want to search for reviews of the song, and see what genres (if any) they assign to the song. Binksternet (talk) 05:57, 18 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
