Song or Single

Should this not be classified as a "song" because there's no post release coverage which suggests that it was cancelled? It didn't receive any independent release commercially and there's little or NO coverage after the release date saying it was a single in the US? → Lil-℧niquԐ 1 - (Talk) - 13:56, 6 January 2020 (UTC)

It's officially sent to the radio, so it was indeed a single in a similar way as "Fly Like a Bird", "I Care", "Hold Tight". Bluesatellite (talk) 13:40, 7 January 2020 (UTC)

Love how you went from not considering it a single to undoing all my edits on this page because I think the same way. No shade, I just find it funny.

Honestly though (this is just me putting in my two cents), if a song didn't receive a commercial release in a single country and wasn't promoted individually, it's just a promotional single or better yet an album cut which just happened to chart. Moonlighttt (talk) 15:52, 8 September 2022 (UTC)

A radio release is a commercial release. There are plenty of songs that are sent only to radio. In the streaming era, song are already available digitally. It's definitely not a album cut that charted - there's a source saying it was sent to radio stations in the US. iTunes countdown singles are released commercially but not to radio - that doesn't make them singles just promo ones. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If we're not sure go by consensus.
