Could this Otto Witt have been the husband of Elizabeth Ethel Doughty, born in 1869 in Peckham, daughter of George Bell Doughty, a school master at Dulwich College? She and her husband had a daughter Ethel, who married a von Gwinner, and in turn had 6 children.
