Irrelevant illustration?[edit]

I challenge the relevance of the Zoffany painting 'The Tribunal of the Uffizi' in this article as there is no reference to it in the text of the article and its caption gives its years of execution as being 1772-78 which were more than a decade before the subject's birth in 1789.Cloptonson (talk) 13:46, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The text of Tribuna of the Uffizi (painting)#Persons shown has Other Windsor, 6th Earl of Plymouth in the painting. You are absolutely right though that the dates don't match up. That would suggest that it was Other Windsor, 5th Earl of Plymouth in the painting. Something for the talk page of the painting to work out I think. Woody (talk) 20:36, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Cloptonson: It was the 5th Earl according to the Royal Collection. I've moved the image to that article instead. Good spot! Cheers, Woody (talk) 21:01, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
