Year of Founding[edit]

The year of founding is 1979. 1978 is an error that appears in several places on the web. Basun 20:48, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It appears as 1979, but also 1978 (in two locations) on the official site, one place including http://www.oslmusic.org/about Badagnani 21:06, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Addition of Arts Education Program overview[edit]

I do not find the long text to have been copied off the web. While it is clearly a PR piece, I believe it should be restored and wikified. (It was not my doing, but I applaud the contributor.) BTW I have played in the OSL for 22 years. Basun 02:52, 19 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That's great. But the text complete with "We did this, we did that" does appear to have been lifted from some promotional brochure somewhere. Wikipedia articles should always be newly written (i.e. "from scratch," though of course they may draw from (and cite) previously published material. Badagnani 18:13, 19 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
