Page moved[edit]

I moved this page back from Onex Corp. to Onex Corporation as that appears to be the preferred form. The other possibility appeared to be ONEX Corporation, but that had no links to it. --Scott Davis ^Talk 23:36, 21 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

POV tag[edit]

This concerns POV tag cleanup. Whenever an POV tag is placed, it is necessary to also post a message in the discussion section stating clearly why it is thought the article does not comply with POV guidelines, and suggestions for how to improve it. This permits discussion and consensus among editors. This is a drive-by tag, which is discouraged in WP, and it shall be removed. Future tags should have discussion posted as to why the tag was placed, and how the topic might be improved. Better yet, edit the topic yourself with the improvements. This statement is not a judgement of content, it is only a cleanup of frivolously and/or arbitrarily placed tags. No discussion, no tag.Jjdon (talk) 23:53, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

237,000 employees?[edit]

Somehow I doubt this private equity firm directly employs 237,000 people. Perhaps it's the sum of all the employees of all the companies Onex has a partial investment in? The reference for the number is broken. Robertbyrne (talk) 03:29, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
