The neutrality of this article is disputed since March 2020. But what is the actual problem?[edit]

The neutrality of this article is disputed since March 2020 (not by my request, I made my first edit on this page today). But what is the actual problem? After cleaning up this Wikipedia article a bit today I find it's tone to be almost everywhere neutral despite of a few lacks of explanations why and who considers him to be a lobbyist for businessman Ihor Kolomoisky. PS I am not a fan of having separate "Scandals" sections in Wikipedia articles (I think avoiding this kinds of section is encouraged by WP:MISC), but in Dubinsky's case it is probably the best solution..... — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 11:26, 2 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
