Coalinga is in Fresno County; the coordinates map to Kern County, within the Kern River Oil Field, where the place seems to also be known as "Oil Center" (see the bottom of the GNIS record). There is an "Oil City" shown in my Delorme Atlas near Coalinga. Not sure which this article is trying to be. I'm going to change the article to match the Kern County place.
