It's a translation ... and it shows (or showed?)[edit]
I came upon this article by chance, via a link. On seeing a reference which contained something like “…|Hrsg=Zeller|Sammelwerk=Sammlung der württembergischen Regierungsgesetze|Band=III|Ort=Tübingen|Datum=1843|Seiten=778}}”, I started to fix it. But reading on, there was obviously more to be done. And I'm afraid I could not fix all the remnants of the somewhat clumsy translation (no offense meant); there is more to be done.
One thing I'm certain (and mended) is that IMHO the term Oberamt should be retained in this text which deals with it, instead of being translated into various English expressions that could hardly be identified without a translation. By the way, translation and pronunciation hints were added too. Any further ideas?
