While changes made to this article subsequent to the flagging of close paraphrasing issue due improve matters, I'm afraid they do not resolve them. For instance, the source says:

Mr. Rogge was one of the leaders of the Progressive Party headed by Henry A. Wallace, who ran for President in 1948. The party accepted the support of avowed Communists, but Mr. Rogge was identified with the non-Communist wing.

The article says:

To clarify the issue, I have bolded the words in the article that are copied verbatim from the source. As you can see, this paragraph is copied in its entirety. Only the word "Mr" has been removed.

The template that you removed from the article includes a link to the duplication detector that would have told you the same thing and also pointed out other areas of issue. See [1] for instance], where it says "duplicate detector". Beyond this, the person who pasted and closely paraphrased the content is likely in best position to know what material he wrote and what material he didn't. --Moonriddengirl ^(talk) 22:06, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I see that now and I'll remember it, thanks. That said, it's one of those notices written by someone who seems to want to use as few words as possible rather than say something in simple English.
