Sections and history[edit]

There have been several edits to this article which IMHO do not improve it. In an effort to achieve a consensus, I want to point them out here and propose some improvements:

History. Since the shipyard only lasted for a few years, almost everything about it is "history." I don't think that the "Production" section heading is descriptive, since it contains very little about production. IMHO the "Production" heading should be deleted.

Joyner Library. The existence of this collection of material is very notable. It even has its own web page. I think the complete reference should be retained and made a part of the body of the article (as opposed to keeping it as an External link).
