Untitled[edit]

I am surprised to see that the notability of an article the primary organization for Adlerian Psychology in the United States is questioned. Adlerian psychology may not be a dominant movement in psychology today, but it is historically and theoretically important, has a large base of membership, well attended yearly conferences, and sponsors research, a respected academic journal, and many training events. This should be changed. 24.12.12.43 (talk) 06:28, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The organization, though founded in Chicago, is no longer connected with Chicago. The headquarters were in Hershey, Pennsylvania, until recently; they are now in the process of moving to Minneapolis, MN. While the largest number of members, based on the recent member list, are in Chicago, and there are strong ties to the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, that is material for other articles. I suggest removing the Chicago tags. 24.12.12.43 (talk) 17:30, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
