Very strong oppose: utter balderdash, if you don't mind my saying. As for the Russian I'm inclined to believe Ëzhiki; as for the subcontinent, the forms currently given at the articles are always used and are the official names and have been since the Raj. In particular I can not understand why you listed the North-West Frontier Province and at the bottom of the list to boot. This is one of the provinces of Pakistan and in the international news every day as the "NWFP".
