    Pass/Fail:

Lead[edit]

  • "the lack of facilities at the ground had restricted the club" - restricted them

Construction and early years[edit]

  • "with the site lacking turnstiles and an enclosed pitch, and the club were forced to turn down an invitation to join the newly formed Southern Football League Second Division in 1908." - an enclosed pitch. Hence, the club
  • "played at Cardiff Arms Park, and Middlesbrough, played at the Harlequins Ground in Newport." - held at

Football League and development[edit]

  • "their fourth placed finish in 1920 raised enough income to wipe out the club's debts" - fourth-placed; also wipe out is informal, replace with eliminated
  • "and died at the ground after suffering a heart-attack during the match." - should mention that Stein collapsed shortly before the end of the match.
  • "Connies & Meaden were hired" - employed
  • "The club was forced to pay £600,000 improving the safety features of the ground" - reword this piece of text so it reads as follows: The club was forced to pay £600,000 towards improving the ground's safety features

---Downscaling, closure and demolition===

  • "The plans for a 30,000 seater stadium, with potential expansion to 60,000," - change the text in bold to with the potential to expand to 60,000.
  • "The last ever senior player to score at Ninian Park" - The final
  • "and the last player for Cardiff City to score at Ninian Park was Ross McCormack in a 3–1 victory over Burnley in the penultimate senior game at Ninian Park." - Ninian Park should be changed to the ground to avoid reptition

Redevelopment[edit]

  • "The first show home of the £24m" - £24 million

Sporting events[edit]

  • "Cardiff rugby club played at the ground twice" - should be Ninian Park so it stands out from the reptition of the word emboldened in the quotation marks I have put
  • "The ground hosted 7 internationals between 1981 and 1995." - spell out 7 per MOS:NUMERALS

Concerts[edit]

  • " This date had originally been scheduled for Stephen Stills but when he was unable to play Marley filled the date." - reptition of "date"

References[edit]

  • Ref 32 should have the publisher as WalesOnline not Media Wales Ltd
  • Ref 35 is lacking an author

That is all I found during my read-through. Review is being put on hold.

@MWright96: Hi, thanks for the review. I've fixed all of the points listed above. The last point regarding reference 35 I was unable to add an author to as the reference does not list the author. Thanks. Kosack (talk) 06:17, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Kosack: Alright then. Now promoting to GA. MWright96 (talk) 07:49, 26 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
