Bible[edit]

Is it worth noting that the phrase "night monster" also appears in the Bible (Isiah 34:14)? The Good News Bible describes it as "a female demon, believed to live in desolate places". RobbieG 21:31, 17 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Not unless you can show the person(s) who titled the film were aware of that, and either intentionally or subconsciously determined to so title the film based upon that fact. Lacking a quote from whoever coined the title, it would be a leap to make a connection. The 1611 King James Version Is34:14 has "screech owl"; the Thomas Nelson New KJV translates "night creature". Not sure it was succubus. -- Naaman Brown (talk) 16:33, 29 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
