Subject of article

The lede describes the article as being about hoaxes and parody, but includes The Daily Show which largely focuses on actual news stories, and only does parody bits on the side. Hoaxes pretending to be genuine news (e.g. clickbait web sites that crank out articles about celebrities dying), satirists parodying the news media (e.g. The Onion), and comedy programs about the news (e.g. The Daily Show) are three different things. -Jason A.
