Just an FYI in case it's ever brought up. I noticed that the text for this article was the same as on Synclavier Europe web site, so I had a look round and stuff and investigated. My research indicates that the web site copied the text from Wikipedia, since no history of that page there or elsewhere appears prior to this article's creation date according to archive.org. The Synclavier Europe web site added it sometime between 13 May 2006 and 14 June 2006. JordanSealy 20:11, 2 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The article mentions that "Parts of the company were purchased by Fostex, which used the technical knowledge base of staff to build several hard-disk recording systems". I worked for NED as a software engineer at the time it went under, and my recollection of the events is that Fostex hired many of the staff, but didn't buy any of the assets.
