Untitled[edit]

It's interesting that they spelled it as Laïka (the French spelling -- without the dieresis, it would sound like "leh-ka"), rather than the English spelling "Laika" (no dieresis). I wonder if the name has anything to do with the bar Laïka on St. Laurent in Montreal? The lyrics don't suggest it, really, but it's right in the middle of our neighborhood (Plateau Mont-Royal). --ESP 04:59, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Into the Wild[edit]

This song seems to have a lot to do with the story of Christopher McCandless from Into the Wild. In fact, I can't see any way they didn't write this relating to him. Should that be added?
