I'll get the reference in soon, as soon as I finish the outline of the page. Also, I'd like to point out that this page should list only the full conventions; if we got into all the plenums of the CECs and CC, presideums, polcoms, politbureaus, conferences etc. this could get very long and messy. Tim Davenports site already covers most of those, for the early anyway. Perhaps a separate page could be made for those along the line. Also, I'm not including the Central Caucus / United Toilers of Americas conventions as they already has a page. --Dudeman5685 (talk) 03:38, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the "Unsourced" tag at the top before seeing this comment, because many lines are heavily sourced, and citation tags should go on individual under-referenced lines. For my own part, I'm not partial to long source notes on individual convention lines (cf. Socialist Party of America#Conventions and Socialist Labor Party of America#Conventions), when it's easier on the non-academic, non-specialist reader just to wrap <ref> and </ref> tags around the source to make it a footnote. [By the way, Dudeman, please look at and offer any comments you think desirable at my User:Shakescene/conventions page, which I'm planning to incorporate into United States presidential nominating conventions. Would you know where to find the national convention sites of the SWP or American Independent Party (1972-1988)?] —— Shakescene (talk) 07:35, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
