The title of this page is incorrect. These are N00N states, not NOON states. 24.58.20.254 (talk) 02:35, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree. A proper word contains only letters, not numbers. The term "NOON state" was invented originally by P. Kok for ease of discussion with his JPL co-workers H. Lee and J.P. Dowling. It was re-christened as "N00N state" in the first official publication containing the term (Lee, Kok, and Dowling, J. Mod. Opt 49 2325, 2002). Both versions abound in the literature. Super resolution of NOON states up to N = 5 photons was also demonstrated experimentally by I. Afek, O. Ambar, and Y. Silberberg, Science 328 (2010): High-NOON States by Mixing Quantum and Classical Light —Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.77.4.129 (talk) 11:17, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Just add it to the main article, not here. QuantumCyclops (talk) 19:19, 10 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
