Discoverer[edit]

@Biblioworm: I meant Tempel - "The true discoverer of NGC 1398 was Tempel; though, having found the object on 9 October 1861 (together with NGC 1360) it was not published until 1882 (Tempel 1882). Obviously, Dreyer overlooked Tempel's observation".
It does seem to be sourced to the alternative discoverer himself, so perhaps it's not reliable... BethNaught (talk) 18:27, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
