Do we know orchestrator for "Over the Rainbow"?[edit]

Given that this is the most famous song, can someone please verify the orchestrator? It might be in the liner notes from the various CD deluxe editions listed or perhaps Fordin's book on the Freed unit. Imbd.com lists 3 other orchestrators apart from Stothart.GBS2 (talk) 17:33, 8 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Only underscore for a musical film to win the Oscar?[edit]

The article currently states: Herbert Stothart, who underscored the film, won an Academy Award for Best Original Score, perhaps the only time that the instrumental underscoring for a musical film has actually won an Oscar. What about, say, The Lion King? --Metropolitan90 (talk) 18:33, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
