Removal of superfluous sources[edit]

I started working on this article before I got to grips with not needing multiple sources to cover a minor detail! As such, the reference section looked like a bomb had hit it. I've tidied up my mess as best as I can and removed unnecessary duplication where the relevant info is contained within other cited sources. I've listed what I've removed, so if anyone thinks I've deleted something pertinent they can find it here....
