Bfillip 20:24, 31 July 2007 (UTC) I don't think providing one example of multipurpose community telecenters in mexico is sufficient. The term is closely related to Community Multimedia Telecenters (CMCs), used by UNESCO. http://portal.unesco.org/ci/en/ev.php-URL_ID=1263&URL_DO=DO_TOPIC&URL_SECTION=201.html This should be integrated into the main "Telecenter" article. It's also not neutral. I don't mind saying that many of them have failed but it would require a more articulated explanation of why they have failed. Bfillip 20:24, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
