Discussion of notability/eligibility of Mr. Skin to be included on Wikipedia[edit]

Please keep all discussions civil and on-topic. Uncivil discussion including inappropriate behavior and language will not be responded to and deleted from the discussion.

So, we are here today to discuss whether or not Mr. Skin meets the qualifications to be included as an article on Wikipedia. IMHO no it does not, while Mr. Skin himself has appeared on The Howard Stern Show, Opie and Anthony and other radio and television programs but respectfully this is simply a blaten promotion of a PFA (Pay for access) website with no notable material that makes it unique. Further there is a question of whether Wikipedia should include and promote a website which openly violates U.S. Copyright laws and the Berne Union and Universal Copyright Convention by using video clips which have not been duly licensed by the movie studios for public performance. It has been stated openly by company officials at MrSkin.com that "We use the clips and the movie studios just simply tolerate what we do". It has been my personal experience that motion picture and television studios usually do not license clips which contain nudity as an internal policy or only license clips to a pay site under a licensing agreement which benefits not only the website by also the studio which provides the content to the website.
