Fair use rationale for Image:RwandaSountrack.jpg

Image:RwandaSountrack.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. NPOV

The "Plot" & "Synopsis" section suffers from several serious problems, but perhaps most pertinent is that it's hardly "neutral," and perhaps more pertinently, not correct.

Most obviously, the lyrics of the song make no reference to the actual colonial powers whatsoever: e.g. [1]

The reference to the United States of Africa refers to Pan-Africanism.

Perhaps most pertinently, suggesting that anyone other than the Rwandans themselves launched their own genocide is, to put it mildly, ludicrous. It might help if you looked at the actual history of Rwanda, not least, the fact that, despite the way the movie puts it, in fact, there were Hutus and Tutsis well before colonialism reached Rwanda. The colonial Belgians used the ruling class, the Tutsis, to maintain their control of the territory. It had nothing to do with mythical concepts of being "more white." Kingdom_of_Rwanda

The single is listed as written by "Otto Jettman", but produced by "Otto Knows" (Jettman's stage name). Should there not be consistency between the two one way or the other? Freebirdthemonk 04:07, 31 December 2012 (UTC)
