The result of the move request was: Move. The disease appears to be the primary topic of the word "Milia"; discussion of whether the article should be moved should take place where the article is currently located, Milium (disease). Cúchullain t/c 21:14, 29 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support the medical topic as primary usage of Milia - in fact it looks very much as if that article should be moved to "Milia", as the sources accessible all use the plural term. We don't have an article on "Measle". (OK, slightly red herring, as "Measles" is a disease as such, but I doubt that anyone often talks about a Milium, rather than Milia in the plural. And is a cyst actually a "disease"? Not in layman's use of the word.) PamD 16:37, 24 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Regarding moving the article from "Milium" to "Milia", I would agree except for the WP:SINGULAR policy on Wikipedia. I agree with questioning whether "(disease)" is really appropriate in "Milium (disease)" – I don't really think of a few tiny spots (that "often disappear within two to four weeks") as a "disease" – although that's not explicitly within the scope of this move request. It may also be worth noting that the "Milium (disease)" article was previously at "Milia" until this move three years ago following a discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Medicine/Archive 19#Should this article be moved?. —Mulligatawny (talk) 18:51, 24 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
