New name?[edit]

So the name of the bridge is now the Van Leesten Bridge?[1] Is that official? Does that mean the name of the article changes? Or it's not official yet?[2] - Kzirkel (talk) 18:34, 15 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I cannot find a source to confirm that it has actually been renamed. However, I would say that, as soon as it's official, the article should be renamed with the current article's title left as a redirect. Waz8:T-C-E 00:42, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I photographed a plaque on the bridge which states the name as "Michael S. Van Leesten Memorial Bridge" dated July 2020. Is that sufficient confirmation? - Kzirkel (talk) 00:24, 8 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
